Peace of Mind Care takes the privacy and security of your data seriously. We only collect the information we need to provide you with the services we offer. For example, POM Care provides various service types including but not limited to palliative care, foot care, after hospital are, and may be required to collect what type of services we deliver and your address to ensure we can provide you with exceptional service. POM care works with other health care organizations to collect or disclose your information but only for the purposes of fulfilling your services. When you fill out Enquire online or request a free consultation, we collect your name, phone number, email address and any services you are interested in. We only keep your information for as long as necessary to provide you with the services you have subscribed to.
POM Care utilizes a number of security safeguards to keep your data safe. We cannot guarantee your data will be protected 100%, but we ensure we use adequate protection to do everything we can. We use encryption at rest and in transit, and we do our best to limit what we collect.
We do not share your data with other organizations unless we have received your express consent and it is part of the services we deliver to you. POM Care may be in contact with other agencies for the purposes of service delivery, but we do not disclose any information unless it is necessary to do so by law.
POM care retains information in accordance with the law and best retention practices. We routinely remove information we no longer need and that is no longer required when you when you are no longer a client of Peace of Mind Care.
